Four Arrested in February Shooting of 49ers' Keion White

SAN FRANCISCO — Eight months after San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Keion White was shot in the ankle at a crowded nightclub during a private Super Bowl party, police have arrested four men in connection with the attack.

San Francisco Police Chief Derrick Lew announced Wednesday that authorities arrested four suspects over the past week in a coordinated operation — dubbed “Operation D-Line” — spanning Atlanta, Stockton, Irvine, and Los Angeles, California.

The shooting happened just after 4:00 a.m. on February 9 at Dahlia, a Mission District nightclub, where White was hosting a private Super Bowl party. Multiple suspects with firearms “confronted” White that night, Lew said. White was struck in the ankle and transported to a local hospital for surgery. Police said the shooting followed a verbal altercation between two groups outside a business. Investigators identified the suspects using surveillance video and witness statements.

Curtis Green, 35, was arrested October 7 at his home in Irvine. He faces misdemeanor charges of brandishing a firearm and carrying a concealed and loaded gun in public, according to District Attorney Brooke Jenkins.

Gregory Walker, 36, of Mountain House, California, was arrested two days later in Los Angeles. Prosecutors say Walker fired the semiautomatic weapon and is also a felon in possession of a gun. Jenkins said prosecutors would seek no bail for Walker, citing the public safety risk he poses.

Marquis Davis, 38, was arrested October 7 at his home in Atlanta. Officers recovered an illegal firearm plus 820 grams of MDMA, 1,026 grams of methamphetamine, 979 grams of cocaine, and 3,842 grams of fentanyl.

Antoine Washington, 36, was arrested the same day in Stockton, where deputies recovered a loaded firearm and more than 120 oxycodone pills.

Walker and Green were booked into San Francisco County Jail and were scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon. Davis and Washington remain in custody in their respective jurisdictions while authorities arrange for their transfer to San Francisco to face charges.

White, 27, has appeared in all five of the 49ers’ games this season, recording three sacks.
